Happy Harold – Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how the mobile game Happy Harold (the "App") handles information. The App is developed and published by Blue Stern Consulting Pte. Ltd., Singapore ("we", "us"), under the name Blue Stern Apps.
Summary
- We do not ask you for your name, email address, or any account. There is no sign-up.
- Your game progress (scores, settings, missions, medals) is stored only on your device.
- The App shows ads provided by Google AdMob and uses Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config) to understand how the game is played, fix crashes and adjust game settings. These Google services may collect certain device information as described below.
Information stored on your device
The App stores your game data locally on your device: high score, best depth, settings (sound, haptics, colour-blind mode, reduce effects), tutorial status, missions, medals and rank. If the App crashes, a technical crash log may be stored on your device to help with troubleshooting. This data stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as:
- your device's advertising ID (e.g. Android Advertising ID), and
- device and app information (device model, operating system, IP address, language, general location derived from the IP address), and
- ad interaction data (for example, whether an ad was shown or tapped).

Analytics and settings (Google Firebase)
The App uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage events, such as starting and ending a game, the score and depth reached, and whether an ad was shown. This helps us improve the game. The App also uses Firebase Remote Config to receive game settings (for example, how often ads are shown). The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to send crash reports (a stack trace, device model, Android version, app version and the game state at the time of the crash, such as the depth reached) so we can fix bugs. Your choices and consent
- Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland and other regions where required): when you first open the App you are asked for your consent choices through Google's consent form. You can change your choices at any time in the App under Settings → Privacy options.
- Ad personalisation: you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
- Stop all collection: uninstall the App.
Children
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Data sharing and security
We do not sell your personal information. Information collected by Google AdMob and Firebase is processed by Google under its own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Data is transmitted using encryption (HTTPS).
Data retention and deletion
Data stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App. Data collected by Google services is retained according to Google's retention policies. You can request deletion of analytics data associated with your device by contacting us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this same address with a new effective date.
